- A: Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, please contact us if your order arrives damaged.
- Q: When will my order arrive?
- A: Orders are shipped out via USPS usually within 48 hours. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options. If your order is needed sooner, please drop us an email.
- Q: Why does my soap look different from the pictures on your website?
- A: Making soap is both a science and an art. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our soap, appearances may vary between batches.
- Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
- A: At this time we accept payments via Venmo as well as Credit and Debit Cards.
